If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

This website is intended for personal and informational use. You may browse our content, contact us, and use our booking form. You agree not to:

• Reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission

3. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly. We will notify you before processing any such change.

4. Orders and Purchases

When you place an order with PaperGameFlck, you are making an offer to purchase products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by stock availability or third-party shipping providers.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Opened items may only be returned if defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Digital and downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed.

6. Session Bookings

Private game night bookings require a deposit of 25% of the total booking value. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are subject to full booking charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on papergameflck.guru — including text, photography direction, brand identity, and design — is the intellectual property of PaperGameFlck and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent. Third-party game titles and trademarks belong to their respective publishers.

8. Limitation of Liability

PaperGameFlck shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, or participation in any events or sessions. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Multnomah County, Oregon.
